These foundations and previous range of activity have effected the decision concerning the field of activity and philosophy of our company. The most important principle in Cirrus is to care about our clients' satisfaction. Particularly, the range of our activity includes constructing and managing wide area networks, ensuring access to Internet and trainings in Open Source software.
Cirrus is not a big company. This is our additional trump - a carefully selected group is able to efficiently compete with the biggest integrators. Due to such a small employee number, our clients' problems are not anonymous, they do not disappear in bureaucracy and procedures as it happens frequently in bigger organisations. Direct contacts of our administrators with clients gives us perfect acquaintance with their requirements and immediate reaction to every requests and remarks. As our operations have showed, capability of cooperation with particular person at our firm, who incurs full responsibility for the service quality, is also very important for our clients.
Executing accepted strategy, we analyze problems of potential clients carefully in order to suggest the optimal solution from the point of view of costs, performance and reliability as well as safety. Due to our independence from hardware and software manufacturers we are able to fulfill a role of impartial expert, whose only matter is to find the best solution for the given client. In order to show competences of our staff to new trade partners we are ready, in individual cases, for one-time, free of charge solutions of problems that they are not able to solve. However, we do not undertake paid realisation of a one-time project. Signing a long-term agreement is the only way of cooperation with us.
Our marketing strategy is not based on aggressive invasion onto the market and maximum escalation of number of cooperating firms. We know perfectly that clients we already cooperate with guarantee constant development of our company through their specific requirements. Realisation of those requirements challenges us constantly and does not allow to detain ourselves. So, first of all, we take care of constant growth of quality of our services.
